In organisations, when things are going well, why do people feel compelled to get involved and focus on the little things?

In this episode the Peter’s talk about how when things are going well in an organisation, people at an advisory level (board members, committees etc.) start to feel “not useful”. They start to focus less on the large effects that the organisation is trying to achieve and start interfering/meddling in operations to make themselves feel better.

Listen in to hear the ways that Peter Thorby combats this type of behaviour, and how you could apply these same methods to your organisation!
